Ingrediente:
- 1 kg cartofi
- 3 castraveti murati
- 100 g caizer
- 1 ceapa
- sare, piper
Sos de mustar preparat din :
- 1 lingura faina
- 70 g unt
- 200 ml lapte
- 3 lingurita mustar
- sare
- patrunjel verde
Mai intai am spalat cartofii, i-am sters, i-am pus intr-o tava pe care am dat-o la cuptor pentru 40 - 60 minute. Dupa ce cartofii s-au copt am scos tava din cuptor si dupa ce s-au racorit i-am curatat si i-am taiat cubulete. (Avand si alta treaba am pus-o pe fiica mea sa taie cartofii care nu prea a avut rabdare si dupa cum se vede i-a taiat cam mari. Va recomand sa-i taieti mai marunt).

In timp ce cartofii au fost la cuptor am preparat sosul. Este de fapt un sos bechamel la care am adaugat mustar si l-am preparat cam asa:
intr-o craticioara se pune untul, se adauga faina care se lasa putin sa se rumeneasca, dupa care se stinge cu lapte.
