- 4 oua
- 300 g zahar
- 10 linguri apa
- 200 g faina
- 100 g nuci macinate
- 1 plic zahar vanilat
- 1 plic praf de copt
- 1/2 lingurita zeama de lamaie
Ingrediente creme:

- 200 g ciocolata alba
- 500 ml frisca
- 50 g zahar pudra
- 300 g crema mascarpone
- 1 plic zahar vanilat
- 100 ml apa
- 100 g zahar
Pentru blat se separa ouale, galbenusurile se amesteca cu zaharul, iar dupa 5 minute se adauga, pe rand, cate o lingura de apa si la sfarsit zeama de lamaie;

La compozitia de galbenusuri se adauga albusurile batute spuma
iar la urma se adauga ingredientele uscate. Se pune compozitia intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt si se introduce la cuptor pentru 30 - 40 minute.
Pentru crema de ciocolata neagra se pune intr-o craticioara 100 ml frisca, se adauga ciocolata neagra rupta bucatele si se lasa pe foc pana ce aceasta se topeste. Se da la rece. Dupa 3 - 4 ore se bate bine cu mixerul .
La fel se procedeaza si pentru crema alba, se pune intr-o craticioara 100 ml frisca si ciocolata alba rupta bucatele, se pun pe foc pana se topeste ciocolata. Se da la rece. La fel ca si la cealalta crema de ciocolata , se mixeaza dupa racire.
Frisca ramasa se bate cu zaharul pudra si zaharul vanilat apoi se incorporeaza crema mascarpone.
