Ingrediente:
- 500 g rasol de vita
- 750 g pulpa de vita
- 2 morcovi mari
- 1 radacina de patrunjel
- 1/2 radacina de telina
- 3 cartofi
- 1 ceapa
- 200 g taitei tagliatelle
- sare
- piper boabe
- patrunjel verde
Rasolul si pulpa de vita se spala apoi se pun la fiert in 6 litri de apa rece; se fierb la foc mic aproximativ 2 ore; din cand in cand se spumeaza. Dupa 1 ora se pun boabele de piper si sarea.
Se pregatesc legumele: ceapa se taie marunt, morcovul, telina si patrunjelul radacina se curata, se spala si se taie cubulete; cartofii se curata si se taie in cuburi mai mari.
