Ingrediente:
Pentru aluat:
- 150 g faina
- 60 g zahar
- 75 g unt moale
- un praf de sare
- 2 linguri de apa rece
- coaja rasa de la o jumatate de lamaie
Pentru umplutura:
- 500 g gutui
- 30 g zahar
- 2 oua intregi
- 150 g smantana
- zeama de la 1/2 lamaie
- zeama de la o portocala
- 100 ml suc de portocale rosii
Pentru topping:
- miere
- scortisoara
Se incepe cu spalatul si decojitul gutuilor, apoi se curata de cotoare si se taie in cubulete. Se stropesc cu zeama de lamaie si se lasa deoparte.

Aluatul se intinde intr-o forma de tarta, ridicandu-l si pe margini.
Tava se da la frigider .
Cand fructele si zeama s-au racit se scoate tava din frigider si se repartizeaza gutuile pe toata suprafata acesteia.

Se mai lasa in cuptorul stins 10 minute.

Foarte interesant. In genenral, nu prea obisnuim sa folosim gutuile la prajituri.
